Description
Anesthetic consideration of NMADA receptors antagonists: 1-Local anesthetics, bupivacine, ropivacaine. 2-Ketamine, s ketamine. 3-Magnesium. 4-Tramadol with special concern with tramadol addiction. 5-Nitrous oxide anesthesia. 6-Xenon anesthesia. 7-Synergetic effect between local anesthetics and s ketamine leads to decrease dose of local anesthetics. 8-Increase analgesia in regional block, brachial nerve blockade, and phantom limbs . 9-Decrease dose of narcotics as morphine in prolonged infusion in cancer patients. 10-Potentiating by using combination of NMADA receptors decreases risk of addiction.
